“It arrived when stated and was all sealed and not damaged. However on opening it to use it for the 1st time there was a bug inside the basket in the liquid. I have pictures.”

“I am very disappointed, on my wife birthday I was suppose to give her a watch which I ordered online.I was expecting a delivery to come on 30th November, but it never came.I went to Argos to confirm if they received any delivery.They were even not aware of anything, I have spended another £99 to buy another watch from H Samuel. I will never order anything from ebay for sure because it's not a reliable service.”

Tracking shows delivery was made to the chosen click and collect location on 30th October. We are currently investigating with Argos and eBay the whereabouts of this order.
