My most recent purchase was an album for long format envelopes, which is an excellent product from German maker Leuchturm. I also ordered some looseleaf sleeves of the same size, thinking the album was loose leaaf. I returned those sleeves a couple of days ago and trust my refund will arrive shortly”
“I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I phoned and the lady I spoke to was very helpful, she sent me an email telling me what to do for a straight exchange for the correct size. I returned the wrong size on the Monday and received the correct size on the Wednesday. I am extremely impressed with the service and will definitely use them again.”

PVC pages from other sources I had bought showed visible deterioration, cracking and staining.
