“Absolutely appalling experience with Wren. The “premium” infinity plus cupboard doors and drawer fronts all turned up scratched and damaged. The delivery team dropped and smashed the fridge freezer housing unit and fridge freezer. The Wren approved installation team (Adams & Associates) damaged units and laid the kitchen floor tiles wonky. A catalog of issues from start to finish and seemingly endless list of issues still to be resolved, were informed it would take 2 weeks to install, now in month 5. AVOID!!”

“We absolutely love our kitchen. Wren transformed a very small kitchen in to a fully functional and stylish room. even managed to fit a wine cooler into the design. Excellent service from start to finish.”

“Absolutely shocking straight from day one. Plan was wrong and a base unit petruded over our back door meaning if was fitted then won’t be able to open and close. This was even highlighted in red flagging it up but because it had been signed they said have pay £416 more for a smaller unit. Things came damaged faulty, hung wrong way and rubbish quality. The service line are just as bad and do anything other than help. How this company is still operating is beyond me and hope it goes bump!”

“I absolutely love my new kitchen by Wren. From the design, installation and customer care I cannot fault this company and wish I had made the decision to get it fitted sooner especially as it only took a day to fit! Unbelievable! I had been to 2 other companies prior to Wren and chose this company as the kitchen designer was fantastic in his design plan ( more so than the other companies I had been to )and the cost was very competitive.”

“Superb customer service from Chris and the team at Wren Reading branch. Chris went out of his way to accommodate every one of our exact requests. We took about a year to design our dream kitchen (which looks amazing) and we were super fussy, Chris didn't try to talk us out of any of our choices. We sourced our handles, taps, range cooker and worktops from other suppliers as Wren didn't do the exact ones we wanted but this was no problem for Chris and we felt in great hands. Our units and appliances from Wren are fantastic. Our kitchen fitters even said the quality is much better tan Howdens who we also considered. All in all we are really happy with the finished kitchen, quality and service from Wren. There was a couple of tiny problems which is to be expected with a large order and Wren head office customer service sorted out delivery for our couple of bits of plinth straight away. 5 star all the way.”

“Excellent service in store, used my own fitters, kitchen looks amazing, the quality is exceptional. All our family and friends love it and said it looks like an expensive showroom kitchen. The only issue we had was with the after sales customer service, we had a faulty cooker hood and it took over 6 weeks to resolve, they couldn’t replace for a further month so they refunded instead and we replaced it from AO. But overall I’d recommend Wren and Laura from the Lincoln store was excellent.”
