“REALLY PLEASED WITH KITCHEN , LOOKS AND FEEL GOOD QUALITY , ONLY DOWN SIDE WHEN THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY EVEN DEPOSIT ALL CUSTOMER SERVICES GOES OUT THE WINDOW . SO ANY PROBLEMS I HAD TO CHASE UP AND DUE TO LACK OF REPLYS TO MY EMAIL , I HADTO CHASE MY POINTS UP IN STORE , THEN THEY WERE HELPFUL AND RESOLVED MY ISSUES O MEASUREMENT AND UP SELLING. JUST GO THROUGH YOU PLAN AND AND ASK FOR FULL BRAK DOWN OF PRUDUCTS.”

“This was the second kitchen we have purchased from Wren, our first being 2 years ago, so when we moved house we had no hesitation in going back to the Warrington showroom. Good points ... Good quality kitchen units, the delivery team very good. Now the not so good points...... Even though we had a Wren surveyor do a home measure,checking on sockets, plugs and utilities etc.they take no responsibility for measurements and the advice we received from Wren regarding moving a water meter and rising main was totally inaccurate. Their Expert Kitchen Designer advised us that it was a simple job to move the pipes, not so when you have solid floors. We advised both the surveyor and the Kitchen Designer that we had solid floors.This meant that last minute adjustments had to be made to our design plan. Incurring extra expense, purchasing a further worktop and a base unit being butchered to accommodate the pipes. They had little or no knowledge when questioned about the kitchen taps they recommended, never asking if we had high water pressure. A long story short we ended up with a large gap at one end of the kitchen, our filter making a tray unit rather than using a large filler they had designed, an integrated fridge freezer that was too tall to fit into the unit, they advised we could just remove the top shelf, not so and taps purchased from local plumbing merchant and a whole load of stress. The kitchen worktops had to be trimmed and finished off by our fitter as despite Quality Assurance stickers on, they clearly had not been finished off correctly with a raised edge clearly visible. I have complained to Wren customer care team and received a formal apology but they do not accept liability for the issues I have raised. A discount on the worktops was negotiated as I could not wait 10 days for new worktops to be delivered, so I received a refund of £154. on a kitchen that costs £1000s...I believe the level of service we received from Wren was poor and certainly way below the claim they make on their website. YOUR KITCHEN... OUR HEART & SOUL At Wren, our heart and soul goes into your kitchen... Never again will I purchase a kitchen from Wren or recommend Wren. I feel like we have been naive and foolish putting our trust in a Company that claim to be Experts. Expert would imply a level of knowledge and expertise this was certainly not the case. AVOID”

“The service provided by Wrens was very good and the initial meetings at the showroom all went well. The manager and staff couldn't be more helpful. Unfortunately once the order was placed, the service wasn't to the same standard and this was primarily caused by a disconnect between the installation team and the after sales team. Better communication between them all would have helped. Mrs K, khanj99@yahoo.co.uk”

“We have had our Wren kitchen fitted now for about a year. We are still happy with it, and people complement us on it. The appliances are all great. There were a few bits and bobs to be sorted out after the delivery, but we found everyone from the people in the showroom to the people on the phone to be helpful. We did not have Wren fit our kitchen but arranged that separately with builders who were renovating the plumbing, electricity etc.”

“I'm loving my wren kitchen. It's been in place for almost 12 months now, and i've had no problems what so ever, it looks as good as new and is so easy to keep clean and maintain. I would not hesitate to recommend Wren and particularly the Stoke on Trent store to friends and family in the future. Their service was second to none :)”

“The kitchen looks amazing. Extremely happy with the finish. Everything was really simple from design to delivery. Only had one small issue with a damaged frontal but it was replaced within a few days. Very happy with everything.”

“Having had my wren kitchen for a year and a half I can honestly say there is nothing I can say against it.My husband has fitted many kitchens and says this was the easiest plan he has ever worked from and it fitted to the measurements perfectly.”

“Ive had my Wren Kitchen for about a year now and it’s as you’d expect, Like new! Such good quality and great price infact is say there the best for kitchens in my opinion. Extremely helpful staff that will also help you design your kitchen if you don’t know what your looking for or with there experience may be able to offer you a better layout.”

“We had our kitchen installed back in July 2017 and we absolutely love it! We thought it would be really stressful buying a kitchen but the staff at Wren were on hand to assist us and talked us through everything every step of the way which gave us reassurance and confidence. Everything from planning the kitchen to having it installed went smoothly and we had absolutely no issues. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Wren enough from start to finish they were fantastic with us!”

We have had no issues whatsoever from the kitchen being delivered to using it for the past 2 years. “I bought the kitchen on end of March during the promotion, it's great deal as the appliance was free, I don't know until I pay. The designer are very good and look after me, I had revised the plan for 3 times until it's go ahead, my kitchen extension was delay until end of July, but no doubt of the quality of what I'd received, none to compare with others. I got so many compliment and the good colour of mix and match, only one things need to complaint is the quartz worktop, it's not 7 days to install, it will take 18days, due to my daughter's wedding is on the early Aug., I had to contact the customer service to cancel the quartz worktop and order locally,it was more expensive than Wren, but finally it's all done now, thank you Wren kitchen and will recommend to all friends and family.”
