“Item was nice (personalised picture phone cover) but paid extra for 1st class signed deliverly and took a week to arrive? Came 2 days after i needed it. Just posted so signature not needed? Dont waste money upgrading to 1st class.”

“Samsung s20 plus - hard case Good quality case, could probably get the same one for half the price withough customisation. Got to say the image on the back is pretty high def and its nice in the matte option. Production and delivery took a little longer than id like 8 days in total. But got here safe and sound. 3 out of 5, nothing special but everything as expected. Would recomend”

“Dispatch was slow. Whilst it mentioned 2-4 days on the website, it was more than that. In 2021 anything more than 2 days is slower than competitors I’ve used before. The product is as expected but it’s a shame it took so long.”

“The image didn't print the same as the online preview showed (It didn't seem to account for the black border around the camera gap in the preview) and the colours came out a lot darker (I've used the same images and colour hex codes from other retailers and not had this problem) so overall I was a bit disappointed but the case is good and strong and it was a present for my partner who was happy with it. Just wasn't perfect.”

“I purchased the black leather croc effect case with my initials. Had it on my phone for a week. The letters have worn off (nearly completely), but i do like the overall leather case.”

“The quality of the image and phone skin are of high quality, unfortunately the cut out for around the camera lenses on the iPhone 12 is not the correct dimensions. So very disappointed with the overall product”

“Up to now I have always been very pleased with Wrappz product, and service but now wish to order a cover for a Samsung S20 and they don’t do it, I placed an order today and then realised it was for a Galaxy and I’m in the process of trying to cancel.”

“The overall product was great. However I paid for 48hr Royal Mail service and it turned up 6 days after being notified it had been dispatched. Wrappz should really include the tracking reference in the emails. Also due to the decal only being precut on one side it made it impossible to apply it without having to draw an outline on the side I wanted showing.”

“I ordered 2 ps4 controllers which i thought for the price was amazing value. It was very hard designing online as it was hard to move and size the pictures. My order was slightly blurry but not major that it was an issue really impressed with order.”
