“Really good phone case great design and quality although had a massive issue with delivery taking 11 days to come”

“Got a cover for iPhone XR and although it’s a brilliant idea with uploading your own pictures and I can’t fault the result as in picture quality I find that the case is too snug for my iPhone XR, I felt that it was just about to break apart trying to put it on my iPhone and I’m sure taking it off will be the same (I haven’t tried yet as I’m waiting on a new case coming before I remove this one) and lastly it’s too smooth material, It could very easily slip out of your hand, if it was possible to do the same thing on a nonslip case then this would be absolutely perfect.”

“Couldn't amend the size or position of the lettering only font and colour. Not quite what I wanted so may go back to my old case. Case itself is good and feels durable and could withstand a drop or two!”

“I initially loved the look of this product, I got the tough case. Nice n thin, print perfect, nice and clear. But however after a day or two the case has a lot of marks and scratches on it. And I haven’t been doing anything heavy duty with the phone! So I feel the actual material of the case needs to be improved, but everything else however is great. Just doesn’t look as amazing now as it’s chuffed up.”

“Pros-Good order process simple to follow instructions and payment. Cons-long wait time for delivery. Armoured case was shiny and made phone more slippery than before Overall good but descriptions of items may need to be looked at.”

“Ordered a clear case for iPhone X and it fits perfectly however it doesn't look the best as there is air bubbles for some reason like a rainbow shine and finger marks appear easily making it feel hot and sticky.”

“Quick dispatch and customer service was ok. Case was terrible, cheap and didn’t close when 3 cards stored away. Only resolution was a refund decided by Wrappz. But surely it’s a fault in the case design? I wouldn’t pay full price for the product.”

“Recieved my order today it took 6 days to get a dispatched email but did areive the day after. Bought the flip faux case. The picture quality isnt the best could do with being brighter looks very faded and the bit that folds over the screen is quite loose/big so moves a lot when closed would prefer it to be tighter, not as impressed with this as the hard ones I have had previously, only got this one as being an S8 it is more vunreable in terms of the sceen breaking.”

“I ordered two cases for my new phone, the soft case is perfect and fits my phone beautifully. However the second case is a hard one with a personalised picture, sadly it does not fit my phone even though it says it will, so a complete waste of money.”
