“The packaging arrived in tact, well packed. Delivery was very slow. I ordered early in April 2020. I am satisfied with the iPhone 7 Plus case I ordered. The product was ordered using my cell phone and the user experience on image selection editing etc was very poor. I wanted to add more than 1 image. This was not possible or atleast it was not intuitive that I can add more than 1 image for mobile phone case picture. Leather quality was okay. Overall product is acceptable. Wrappz must improve leather case quality. Change your supplier perhaps”

“I really like this case but unfortunately this is the 2nd one I bought within a year as the first one cracked after 2 months of use and now the 2nd one as cracked. Quality on the hard cover is not great but customer service is excellent.”

“Not what I expected. Assumed it would be a one piece case but it’s actually a rubber case and also a plastic part which has your pic on. Poor quality for the price”

“Website is easy to use. And simple to navigate. However personal experience was average! Turn around time was super fast, 3 days from order to arrival. Unfortunately the case was not printed to how I approved and customer service was a bit challenging to get hold of. However a full refund was issued. So can’t complain. Just a bit of a shame it didn’t print as expected!”

“Having had previous cases before I expected better quality than I received this time. Case is very loose fitting for the Samsung J5 which means I doubt it will last a long time. Bit disappointed as this was a Christmas present.”

“Good process when it comes to making the product and the website is easy to use. However, the product was really different from the final preview of the design. Some of the lettering was cut off because of the camera hole. It looked fine on the preview and was placed underneath the camera hole, but the product wasn't like the preview. The lettering had been cut off. Overall, its a decent website, but I wouldn't be rushing back to make another one.”

“The print of the pictures on the phone case were really good however I needed to super glue the case together as it was almost falling to bits, quality of the case poor unfortunately :(”

“Products came very quickly and website was very easy to use. The only thing to note is that even though the design filled the template, once printed it is as though the design was printed a few CMs higher than the actual cut-outs. So depending on the picture used, you may still end up losing some of the design.”

“Love the case and it is good quality but didn't mark higher as was disappointed with photos but I think this is what I uploaded so my own fault. Probably better just uploading one photo rather than lots of photos.”

“Years ago, I bought a laptop wrap from wrappz, it is STILL on my laptop doing its job of looking cool and protecting it. Recently I bought an iPad skin which I designed myself, would love to review it, but it hasn’t arrived yet! Not Wrappz’s fault as I’ve recieved the dispatch paperwork approx 10 days ago.”

“Nice design. Feel it could cover the front of phone a bit better. Also had to chase for delivery two weeks after order as it has clearly got lost in translation ordering through a different site. Feel three stars considering everything is a fair score. Will definitely try other products for gifts”

“Product is good and arrived on time but I am struggling to get a VAT Invoice, as a business we require VAT Invoices for proof of purchase in an Audit and this should be something every seller offers.”
