Items have not arrived more than a week after ordering. I have raised an email query, no response, and telephoned, again no response.

Over a week after my item was dispatched and still not received it (meant to be 48hour delivery) emailed but got no reply and can’t speak to anyone on the phone, awful company

I wanted a clear phone cover with my name printed on and what i received was a clear case with a white background and my name printed on. I wrote an email to explain and the reply said that you have to select to take the back ground off. This wasn't at all clear on the website. They then said the would send me a voucher for discount off another case. I explained that this wasn't acceptable as its not what i ordered and the quality of the print was poor too. I asked for a replacement or a full refund. 3 weeks later and 3 emails to them i still haven't had a response and i'm left with a poor quality phone case that's too embarrassing to even use. I can't believe i wasted £15 on this! Poor quality products and even more abysmal customer service! Would not recommend to anyone.

Poor quality for the iPhone cases. I ordered mine in June - only 8 weeks later it’s cracked in 3 places. In the vulnerable smaller areas of the case (next to buttons & camera) they are very likely to crack and snap. For the price I thought I’d get good quality. Obviously not.

I got my order in two shipments.. the phone was not what I expected.. the laptop skin was great but they sent me the wrong skin for my iPad.. I left few messages and no one has called back or helped ..love how the iPad Pro skin looks .. but shame it’s the wrong one .

The skin that I ordered was terrible quality and badly aligned when printed. Wrappz have been equally awful when trying to resolve my issues, and have effectively ignored me. I have had to raise a dispute via PayPal due to Wrappz's inability to rectify my complaint.

Template on personal design phone case says fill this area to cover sides and when we placed an image to appear on the side it was only half printed and obviously looks wrong. When we complained they say they cannot guarantee image is printed in the correct position on the sides and blamed it on us saying it is in their design guidelines - obviously it is not or we would have seen it. Ridiculous DO NOT USE.

Ordered on a sunday wanting an iphone x skin for my mothers birthday on the saturday coming. When i ordered it, it said 3 days delivery time so it should have arrived before my mothers birthday. I had received nothing by thursday so emailed and had no reply until a day or 2 after when they said sorry and sent me my order confirmation by email. A further 2 days after i still received nothing so emailed again and again, it took another day to respond to my email they said yet again just sorry and said it was sent out today. Come Wednesday of the following week i was quite fed up that my order still hasn't arrived so decided to email again and all i got was it should be with you tomorrow. I was very disappointed with the service i received and will take my business somewhere else next time! (I also did try to ring a total of 13 times over the 11 days and each time nothing happened and it just said to send an email which is pointless as it takes 2 days to ever get a response!) Very disappointed and would not recommend wrappz to anyone!

Took a very long time to be delivered, it said 3-5 working days but didn’t arrive for 2 weeks Finally it was folded and had a folding mark in the middle, not impressed at all

I have over the past years purchased many skins from Wrappz Unfortunately this time the print quality is not good at all. Should the skin have arrived with any paper work I would have complained straight away. The photo I used has been used many times for lots of skins that have all bee exceptional quality. Should this have been down to phot quality I would have understood but this cannot be the case. I’m so disappointed that I won’t be using the skin and won’t be ordering again. Very disappointed as these are not the cheapest on the market but I’ve stuck with Wrappz due to their previous quality

The phone case has arrived and it is not as I uploaded on the website. When I contacted customer service via email (as nobody answered the phone) the response I got was not positive and I was informed that I had uploaded the to the right and not central, yet when I looked back at my order to get proof the image is in fact central. Nobody has responded back to my second email with attachment and all I’ve been offered is discount off another one. I have already spent £15 on a phone case that I now can’t use as the team have printed it wonky, so I am not exactly going to trust them to print another and pay more money. I’ve ordered 2 cases before and not had issues and I’m really upset that this is the response and service I have received this time.

I order one case and looks like your website had a system error and changed my order so I ended up with a normal case not a tough case. I've emailed about this and had one reply and nothing since. So wasted money and not much help other than just saying that's what I order but can give me another voucher to spend money.
