“Checkout didn't work had to email back and forth for 4 days I would have given up if I hadn't already spent hours making a bespoke item. Only one postage option offer which was ridiculously expensive compared to cost of purchase. Never again.”

“Disappointed to receive two stickers to place over the Xbox remotes - they don’t fit properly and leave creases around the edges and look poor. Very disappointed and will be asking for a refund”

“The case was made of a very cheap material and wasn't sized properly - the actual phone mount was correct but the case was too large and the cover slid around exposing the side and corners of the phone often to potential damage.”

“I wanted a clear phone cover with my name printed on and what i received was a clear case with a white background and my name printed on. I wrote an email to explain and the reply said that you have to select to take the back ground off. This wasn't at all clear on the website. They then said the would send me a voucher for discount off another case. I explained that this wasn't acceptable as its not what i ordered and the quality of the print was poor too. I asked for a replacement or a full refund. 3 weeks later and 3 emails to them i still haven't had a response and i'm left with a poor quality phone case that's too embarrassing to even use. I can't believe i wasted £15 on this! Poor quality products and even more abysmal customer service! Would not recommend to anyone.”

“Poor quality for the iPhone cases. I ordered mine in June - only 8 weeks later it’s cracked in 3 places. In the vulnerable smaller areas of the case (next to buttons & camera) they are very likely to crack and snap. For the price I thought I’d get good quality. Obviously not.”

“I got my order in two shipments.. the phone was not what I expected.. the laptop skin was great but they sent me the wrong skin for my iPad.. I left few messages and no one has called back or helped ..love how the iPad Pro skin looks .. but shame it’s the wrong one .”
