“Low quality material. The worst print i have ever seen. Went from the packaging to the bin.”

“Didnt expected this bad quality. Color didnt printed as originally requested. design looks poorly done. tried to call and speak about it but no one peaks up the phone.”

“I ordered a sticker for my 13" Macbook Pro with the logo cut out. The sticker was not printed out straight, I have alingined the cut out over the Apple logo, but the top, bottom and sides are not in line. It looks really poor.”

“Absolutely disgusting company i was left in the dark about them running out of stock for the case i ordered messaged a week after i ordered to be told they are waiting for stock it should be in soon and i got my case 3weeks after I ordered it and i missed my girlfriends birthday as was just fobbed off everytime i emailed”

“Very disappointing experience . Product was circ. 2 weeks late which was made even worse given the case was a present and didn’t arrive on time for the birthday. No compensation etc offered for the inconvenience”

“If I could give 0 stars I would Item arrived 3 weeks after ordering. After 2 weeks I had to prompt them to which they said they "don't know what happened". Was told it would be sent out that day.... 2 days later it was sent. When the item arrived (phone skin) the quality of the product was absolutely terrible! WILL NOT USE AGAIN AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“Absolutely poor customer service ( slow response you’ll be lucky if you even get a response) have been waiting nearly over 3 weeks for this case to arrive, ordered as it was my brothers birthday, item didn’t arrive leaving my brother with no present. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely poor.”

“Very bad. Product quality is good but the carrier service is so bad. The product doesn’t arrive in time. I have to send email and then they have sent it. I am very disappointed and I won’t order it next time again.”

“I preferred a personalised phone cover that I was pleased with....but I also ordered a glass panel with a photo of my sister, niece and grandad as a gift for my sister, that was terrible! Contacted wrappz to see what could be done, requested I sent a photo of the glass panel to see what they could do. It’s been over a week now and there is no response after many attempts from me! Really disappointed as it was ment as a gift and now I’ve lost money I can’t afford to and will have to reorder with a different company!! I would not recommend ordering from wrappz as if it’s not right then you are left high and dry”

“While I loved the idea of this product, I'm appalled at the poor service and product. First of all, there was no way to check up on the order after it was placed. No estimated arrival time was sent (outside the generic time frame mentioned on the website), no progress status, etc. The product finally arrived a couple weeks after purchase (I really don't know why it would take that long to print a single logo). The print job was fine, but the laptop case used was the lowest quality, and one of the two zippers broke within hours. I'm not even sure it's worth the hassle of trying to get a replacement.”
