“Buff Books - I tried to order online by had a problem with my bank card. As we were a school they set me up with an account and my order was placed. Received quickly and in good order. All staff were friendly, helpful & professional, they help with all my questions and i would recommend them to anyone.”

“Started using WPS when I was let down by my usual supplier. I have been really impressed with the quality and price (they price matched to ensure all prices were competitive) of their products. However, what has impressed me most is the high standard of customer service they offer, and the swift response/resolution to any aspects. Would definitely recommend.”

“Highly recommended company, always very personable on the phone, items are well stocked and arrive quickly and well packaged. The quality of all items ordered is very good and have provided samples of items before ordering, Account Manager accessible and able to talk to you or phone back. I really like the Freddo! Thank you for providing a local to me service that i feel I can rely on.”

“New supplier who approached us 12 months ago. Samples sent and large orders placed for exercise books as price very competitive and quality excellent. Delivery was next day and well packaged. Have placed several orders since. Our rep Katie Payne very knowledgeable about products offered and couldn't do enough for us. An excellent service offered, and we would highly recommend.”

“WPS Westward approached us as a new supplier, and as they had what we needed at a reasonable cost we decided to go with them. The quality and communication was perfect throughout, our rep Amy even followed up with us after the order. The only issue we had was that some of the books were not in stock but issues were highlighted prior to our order and no fault of the company.”

“I was informed by voice mail that part of my order (academic diaries) was no longer available and wouldn't be restocked but that the rest would be sent. On receiving the order part was missing. On telephoning, I was told that the other items were out of stock and would not be replenished though I was offered a substitution. No word on either the delivery note about this or direct contact from the company that I would not be receiving my order in full. Extremely poor customer service and I shall seriously consider whether to use you again for any further orders if this is the level of customer service you now deem acceptable.”
