“I have been a loyal customer for many years and I was very happy with your service & delivery but recently you have increased your prices plus charging for Delivery and it takes longer for the goods to arrive than before when it was free delivery”

“I can't comment on the quality of the purchased item because I haven't seen it yet. This is because I had to arrange to have it delivered to a friend in Portsmouth to avoid the ridiculous £20 delivery charge I would have had to pay to have my order delivered to me on the Isle of Wight. The IoW is normally considered to be part of mainland UK for delivery purposes - I am unlikely to order from WOW Camping again in future unless they bring their delivery charges to the Isle of Wight in line with other suppliers.”

“WOW did OK but Yodel delivery let them down. Delivery 7 - 9 pm failed, no explanation. When parcel was delivered it was left in full view, not in the safe space.”

“Looks the part- was highly recommended. Fits nicely into the came Evan cupboard in its carry bag. However regulator needs purchasing separately, so can’t use yet. Have to pay p&p for that separately and still awaiting delivery . Bit frustrating. A link to get this from wow camping would have given them the order.”

“Bought a Regatta Boys Kolima 5 Man Easy Inflate Polyethylene Tent, tent ok for the money, put up but not used yet. Pump is useless one big pump and not a lot of air inflates it plus received it with the dial not working not impressed as it seems a poor quality.”

“Quick delivery. But the returns policy is a joke. Just be careful when returning the packaging MUST be in mint condition otherwise without real warning they will deduct money from your refund for packaging costs. Oh, and you have to pay for the return deliver yourself as well.”

“Great company with competitive prices and speedy dispatch but the product I bought is very disappointing and I haven't had a response to an email I sent asking if it could be returned. Hence 3 stars only. And do not buy the Easyglamping Moonlight Cabin! It's not well designed enough.”

“Company and delivery ok, but product not so. I bought a Cadac Safari Chef Compact 30 and the auto ignition doesn't work as there is no "sparking". It's a fault because the gas can be lit manually. I wonder if that explains the discounted price.”

“Bought a low wattage kettle. The plastic kettle works fine but has a smell on the inside which a lot of new plastic products have, especially from China. Despite being used for many weeks now the smell doesn't seem to dissipate and effects the taste of brewed tea. The only way to reduce the smell is to rinse the kettle before use and use filtered water.”

“Happy with the product but the dispatch and delivery time was totally unacceptable. Nine days in total having watched the tracking of the parcel it was a joke! From Southampton to Birmingham to Bristol and just sitting in depots for a couple of days would put me off using this service again!”

“Wow Camping great, however the 'high-back' charirs are not really... there is no support in the fabric in that area of the chair, so when you put your head back on the high-back bit, it just flops right back, which is disappointing 😕”

Hi Brett, Thanks for your review. Glad to hear you're happy with your gas. Just for future reference we do offer a faster service for a small charge if you wish. However on this occasion you opted for our standard 3-5 working days service for delivery. This is of course up to a week!! Thanks again. Wow Camping

“The coat I ordered was just as id hoped. Good quality and fit. But it took almost a month to arrive because of problems with Evri in our area. In future I will avoid companies who use such an unreliable delivery service.”
