“Ordering was easy and delivery was on time. We ordered 2 green & white striped deckchairs that we thought we could use when out and about for the day. There was no issue with the condition but we were surprised at how small and low the chairs are. They are of no use to us but rather than go through the rigmarole of returning them we have kept for when our grandchildren are in the garden. Unfortunately I could not in all honesty recommend them.”

“Ordered a pair of Men's Karrimor Mendip Size 7 Boots. When checking the label on the inner tongue, noticed it said Women's. Bit of a mix up somewhere.”

“Disappointing. Delivery took ages which I understand was due to Hermes delivering to the wrong place. When the jacket did arrive it was plain navy, not with yellow trim like in the picture. There wasn’t time to send it back as my daughter needed it so we will keep it but wouldn’t recommend.”

“Purchased several chemicals for our hot tub. Chemicals have been fine but we paid an extra £9.95 for next working day delivery & the parcel arrived 3 days later (all of which were working days). So I wouldn’t recommend the delivery & I wouldn’t bother paying the additional fees for that as it clearly doesn’t make it any quicker.”

“Lovely jacket but shame it was too small on fitting, had to return which left me £7.00 out off pocket in total as payed postage to receive jacket, then had to pay postage to return. Refund also took 10 days to come threw.”

“I was very pleased with my purchase and the speed of delivery but as I had to return one as i ordered two sizes I was very disappointed that I had to pay over £5.00 to return it. I've not paid for Returns for a long time and normally items have returns label in the package, well that's what I find with companies that I normally use. When buying clothes it's not always easy to gauge the correct size or fit so ordering a couple of sizes to try at home could end up being costly business.”
