“The price and the product, no complaints. Regatta Backpack, very good. However, after over a week waiting for it, I had to email to remind them to post it. 3 days later it arrived. I'll bear them in mind for future purchases, but won't be racing back”

“Order completed and accepted. Payment sent. 2 emails, 8 mins apart the following day. 1 saying no longer available as too many orders, the latter confirming delivery time. Call to company who confirmed cancellation, blaming new computer system. Won't use again.”

“Despite of what was clear on the website, the grill plate did not fit as a replacement for my skottel braai. The response from Vanessa to my querie wasn’t helpful. I have returned the grill plate.”

“Product arrived broken e-mail sent to company, reply back was asking me to send a picture of the broken part, no problem in doing that but have not been able to send e-mail as it comes back as the company has been black listed. So who knows.”

Sorry to hear you have had trouble sending us an email. We did have trouble with one of our email addresses. It was the email addresses that was black listed rather than our company. Please send to sales@wowcamping.co.uk instead. Sorry for the inconvenience. The situation is being resolved by our IT dept.

“The unit was bent on arrival. It doesn’t maintain temperature and heats unevenly. Not good quality and not good value for price. Will be looking into returning it.”

“After receiving a damaged item I sent photos of the damage and still had no response over a week later”

“The packaging was inadequate. Our camping stove arrived dented in several places, as this doesn’t affect the functionality of the stove we chose not to have it replaced. Also we have no way of knowing what condition the replacement would arrive in. So all wow camping have to do is get it to the customer with out damage, and they failed.”

“Ordered two sets of plates and bowls. Order confirmed and mail sent that it had been despatched. Then another mail to say they only had one set left - this we have received. Full postage has been charged - same as for the two sets! If they didn’t have the stock - they should not have taken the order.”
