“One of the two bears I ordered and paid for with passports did not arrive with a passport only the Cheetsh did and not the Wolf. As a consequence I could not give one sister a passport and not the other so neither got them. On the delivery confirmation it is ticked as passport included but there was not one.”

Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry you were disappointed on length of time it took to ship to you over the festive period. Website said orders will be dispatched from 30/12 on placement of orders Ordered received and processed 24/12 Collected Saturday 28/12 after festive shutdown Delivered 3/1 in 4 working days from UK to USA Regards Customer services 🐻

“I ordered the Hermann Raccoon a few days before Christmas as a last minute present for my daughter, I was pleasantly surprised it arrived as I ordered so late, prompt delivery and communication throughout! The toy raccoon is very realistic and has a beautiful bushy tail and is incredibly cute. The quality of the stitching and fur is excellent, a really good quality item my daughter loves. We will be using World or Bears for future purchases as it has been a 10/10 experience.”

“Very underwhelmed when I saw him . Stated 30cm tall , but he looks a lot smaller than advertised. On a positive note , delivery came in the time scale stated , merry Xmas .”

Thank you for your review, the item ordered was 20cm - "Steiff 242274 Soft Cuddly Friends Jimmy Plush Teddy Bear Embroidered Eyes", which is the smallest size, Jimmy comes in various sizes including Medium "Steiff 113505 Soft Cuddly Friends Jimmy Teddy Bear Medium which is 30cm. If you ordered the wrong one please let us know to arrange return and upgrade to the medium size. Merry Christmas Customer Services :)

“Absolutely love World of Bears. The head bear is very friendly. I would love to visit in person at some point (I don't live locally). Ordered Iggy and Lou for a colleague as a leaving present, she was delighted. Standard postage arrived quicker than expected, which was good. Would definitely buy from World of Bears again.
