“Ordered an artist bear for my daughter, unfortunately they couldn’t find it after searching high and low. I received a phone call and they couldn’t apologise enough. My money was refunded immediately. I then ordered a Steiff bear the next day. Very quick delivery, excellent customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here again.”

“Fabulous company to buy from I made a mistake and ordered a bear that was too small. I contacted customer service and they advised me how to return, they notified me when the bear I wanted came back in stock so that I could replace. Very pleased with bear when it arrived Love the reference to Head Bear in all communication I would recommend this company”
