“A Steiff toy has become a family tradition for new arrivals to our family. Happy with the price and speed of service from World of Bears. I paid extra for the tissue paper & box but this was a little disappointing: the toy was slightly squashed to fit into the box. Only a minor detail as I'm sure it will recover, but the reason for 4 not 5 stars.”

“Tbh, for £160 teddy I had expected the bear to be delivered in decent packaging. It arrived with no padding in a shabby 2nd hand box, had I known I would have ordered from a different store…Harrods”

Thank you for your feedback, Sorry you are disapointed with your purchase. I have checked your compliant and confirm a a new shipping box was used as per delivery picture, on checkout there is an option for a steiff presentation gift box which was sadly not selected.

“After purchasing a bear for one of my grandchildren I forgot to ask for the presentation box,which I have always done on previous purchases. I rang world of bears to ask if I could buy a box And was told I couldn't have one as they might get damaged in transit. I have bought many items from different suppliers With hardly anything in the box's and have no issues with them. Very disappointed as I said I would gladly pay for it.”

Thank you for your feedback, I have checked your order and the option to have a Steiff Presentation Gift Box was not selected on checkout, unfortunately we do not sell this separately due to the cost of packaging and shipping.
