After purchasing a bear for one of my grandchildren I forgot to ask for the presentation box,which I have always done on previous purchases.
I rang world of bears to ask if I could buy a box
And was told I couldn't have one as they might get damaged in transit.
I have bought many items from different suppliers
With hardly anything in the box's and have no issues with them.
Very disappointed as I said I would gladly pay for it.
