“I brought this bear for my mum who is in a hospice and missing her dog, she was over the moon with it. I was a little surprised at the delivery cost and more so that I specified it was left in the porch only to find it left outside the porch in front of the house where it could easily have been stolen.”

“Bear came in a nice bag and I liked the 'head bear' communication. However, slightly concerned that it was for a new born baby and loose fur and fluff was visibly coming off it. We always buy a steiff bear for our grandchildren when born and have never experienced this before. As I needed to give him urgently I didn't have time to query this, so just gave him a good brush in the hope that this will cure it and will monitor the situation.”

“Lovely easy website to choose your bear from. I choose to include the box as the bear is a gift to my goddaughters baby boy. The bear (Luca) looks lovely and hopefully will give many hugs. The bear was well packed and came very quickly.”
