“I bought Hoppel bunny for my first grandson due in March. He’s quite adorable and exactly as expected and arrived very quickly. The only thing I’m disappointed with is a mesh bag he came in. The bunny’s clothes are soft baby blue, and the bag which was also broken, is a deep clashing turquoise. Needless to say I’ll have to try and find something nicer for him.”

“Lovely and affordable products, however being forced to spend £20 before I could place my order, and then having added postage on top of that, really felt like a kick in the teeth. I only proceeded with my order as it was for my young nephew's birthday.”

Thank you for your feedback, Our shipping and charges are transparent on our site, dispatched on the Monday after receiving the order over the weekend, received the next day Tuesday on next day service by courier, we offer Click and Collect which is free, and a cheaper option of Ship to Shop for your convenience. Unfortunately we cannot offer a next day service for free on orders of £20. Glad you loved the products. Customer Services.

“I ordered the white bull terrier as a gift for my girlfriend and she's OBSESSED! It's great quality and very sturdy. It was both dispatched and delivered very quickly. The box did arrive a bit damaged, but thankfully the goods inside were unscathed!”

“Was looking for Happenstance which I found on World of Bears website and within 48 hours I had received. I found them to be very efficient so would recommend them to anyone if they are struggling to locate a particular bear. They have always helped me out in the past.”

“Called as a follow up to ordering, the support was helpful and reassuring with no issues. … i was the recipient of gift and I love my Steiff bunny so much!
