“Ordering was fine from a wide range of products. Delivery was a bit expensive for the small quantity I required. When the order arrived half the components were missing which was very disappointing, however this was swiftly and efficiently rectified in a friendly manner. It's just a shame the simple order was not completed properly in the first place.”

“ordered 2 hooks, 1 was lost in the post due to poor packaging, problem rectified promptly, but my bubble wrap advise was not followed.”

“I ordered two custom gym cables and only one arrived, after calling the telephone number they found it hadn’t been packed and sent so the lady sent the missing cable by courier, the cable was from a different drum because the coat was a different colour but it turned up the next day”

Thank you for your feedback and we apologise that our service was not up to your expectations. Your shipment was sent via DPD Air Express to your address in Malaysia – This service does offer real-time parcel tracking and you should have received an email from DPD with a tracking number. We will make enquires with our courier to investigate further.

“If I had not rung to enquire when my delivery was due, having paid the extra for DPD 1-2 working days, it would not have been discovered that the order had failed to register on part of the system even though payment had been taken. After some discussion they did arrange a Saturday delivery as the materials were required for that weekend so to that extent the situation was recovered somewhat.”
