Hello Keith We can only apologise for the long delay faced for the item. Our business support team emailed on March 15th to confirm that our supplier had faced delays on their stock and that the delivery would take place March 29th. With the Easter break we hope to action delivery on the 28.03 or as soon as the stock arrives to SWR which might straight after the Easter break. We pride ourselves on our efficient service and we hope that you received our update via email on the delay that we faced and the new completion date that we could offer. Not being able to complete a delivery on time is an issue which SWR take very seriously and will work very hard to ensure never happens again. We are sorry to hear you have not received your order yet. I have just looked into this for you. As you ordered a Bespoke Gym Cable, there is a lead time of 7-10 Working Days for production. I appreciate with the recent Bank Holidays this may have felt longer. I've asked for a member of the production team for an update, and will email you shortly.

Hello I still have not received my order which was needed to complete works for a very important customer between Christmas and New Year. I tried to call the number on your contact us page and also completed the contact us form but as yet have not heard anything. My order number if you need it is 1750. I would be grateful if someone could contact me and advise how we now proceed, as I have now had to spend about 3 times the amount of money to source products locally to complete the works.
