“Have used SWR for years for my gym cable. Before they changed their ordering system I’d receive the cable the next day, or maximum 2 days. Now it’s a week or more! Sadly this is the last time I’ll use them.”

“Ok product, the straining screw hook end gave out under load, its cast alloy.”

Hello John Thank you for your feedback on the product. Our straining screws are a commercial product and we do not have published loads which these items are able to sustain or lift. If you have a specific project where load rated tensioners will be required, we will be very happy to review and advise on a another product from our range? Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance. Many Thanks Chris SWR Group
