“I ordered quite a few small components along with several metres of wire rope. Everything arrived within a few days and precisely as the order, all carefully packaged. Excellent service! My only critique - if anything it was too well packaged with lots of bubble wrap and plastic bags. In these days of minimising plastic waste I think some form of paper based packing material would be more appropriate, particularly given the robust nature of the steel wire and associated componentry.”

Hi John Thanks for the great review and constructive feedback. We’re always trying to be more environmentally sound at SWR but try to balance it with ensuring goods are well protected during transit. “I needed to replace my steel wire rope on my multi gym, I went to the the store where i bought it from some 2 or 3 years ago and they were unable to help me and they still sell multi gyms but unable to supply replacement parts which i found to be poor service, so i thought that would have to buy a new multi gym but i was told to get in contact with SWR and to my surprise they could supply me with what i needed and they did so, now i can continue with my exercises so many thanks to SWR.”
