“The service I received was exceptionally prompt and efficient. I phoned on Friday to make an appointment ref an employment matter. I met Paul Grindley later that day. I received his email on Monday relating to our meeting, and the finalised paper work from my employer Tuesday. Fantastic.”

“Very prompt, professional and personal - 3 difficult things to acheive all at the same time. A family member worked for Winstons and recommended them to me. I was aprehensive at first but after discussing my claim with Amanda, my worries were addressed. Their fees are very competitive. All the way through the process of my injury claim I felt I could speak to Amanda whenever I wanted. Any concerns I had with the process or understanding it, Amanda made things clear. It was all completed by email and phone, which I preferred. Any delays from the insurance company, Amanda was quick to chase them up. I will be using Winstons for further legal advice going forward. I would highly recommend them.”

“The relevant partner responded promptly to a web based enquiry and dealt with the matter quickly and efficiently. Throughout the process I was never in doubt that the work was progressing in right direction and that the firm had the experience to know what needed to be done with as limited involvement from me as possible. The advice required was minimal, but done in a friendly manner and in a way that assured me that the firm were completely familiar with what needed to be done.”

“Winstons were used on a recommendation and I am happy we used them. Howard Cohen was the person that we met with and our case was dealt with professionally and with understanding. A second meeting with minor alterations resulting in a result to our satisfaction. The price was agreed at the beginning of the process and I know this was really good value as I had shopped around and online. “Made a claim for something that happened in my past and my solicitor was Vicki Price. She was amazing, kept me updated through everything and was always in contact. “My wife and I have been dragging our heels for years about making a will, and we finally decided the only way to do it was to use a local solicitor. Winstons had good reviews, so we went with them. Howard was very clear and patient with his explanations of what could and couldn't be put in a will. Information provided was helpful, and we never felt rushed at any time. We are very satisfied with the final documents, and would be happy to recommend the practice.”
