“I used Winstons following a nasty car accident involving a lorry driver from abroad. I was kept fully informed about the process and Amanda made what was a complicated situation much easier for me by sending me regular updates even if there was nothing to report so I never had to ring and ask what was happening. I cannot recommend enough I had excellent service and felt very supported.”

“I made my first phone call in september 2019. I spoke to Heidi Stewart and she was very pleasant. I had to briefly go into some details of my reasoning for my phone call. She made me feel very at ease. From then correspondence from her was spot on. If I needed to speak to her, Heidi was very helpful. My compensation money came through march 2020 and I received a phone call from Mr Winston. He was so lovely to talk to and wished me all the luck and fun spending it.
