She went above and beyond to protect us in our process of purchasing a home on two occasions. She was very attentive and thorough and put us at ease throughout with strong and regular communication. “They’ve been excellent from start to finish. My house purchase took a staggering 13 months due to delays in the chain. But it was much less stressful than it would have been because of the impressive responsiveness of Leasa and the team at Winston. At every stage, and no matter how long a lull there had been while waiting for progress on the chain, Leasa was really quick to respond and was always happy to answer my questions (of which there were many!). I’ve been through the house sale and purchase process several times now, and this was my best experience of a conveyancer so far. I would thoroughly recommend them and will use them again if I move.”

“Can't really find fault with Sam at Winston Solicitors. She always actioned enquiries and tasks on the day she received them and copied me into replies. Questions I had were responded to quickly and efficiently and I always knew what stage of the process things were at. I can't say the same for the other side solicitor when it came to the property purchase. They were a nightmare for both Sam and the Estate Agents to deal with. Made me very much value spending a bit more for my conveyancing, in the knowledge it came with a quality service. Would definitely recommend, and use Winston's again.”

“Liz was very knowledgeable and experienced in her field of employment law. once the process had started Liz organized and prepared all documents required, and thoroughly explained the contract to me in great detail.
