“From previous experience of conveyancing solicitors you engage with them with some trepidation due to their lack of transparency and communication. This could not be further from the truth with Winston Solicitors. From day 1 they have been accommodating, transparent, helpful and asked all the right questions of all parties. We completed in 6 weeks from having an offer accepted. A great achievement in the current covid environment. The tracking tool they use is very helpful and Leasa Foster always answered my calls and responded to emails quickly. I have been very impressed with their service.”

“Great as my solicitor when buying a house - the only people (other than my mortgage broker) to give straight answers, regular updates and to chase things for me. Much better than the estate agent and the seller solicitor (I know those 2 work for seller not me, but they had much longer turnaround times and often didn't seem to do much until chased by me and Winstons).”

“From start to finish the conveyancing services I received from Sidraa at Winston solicitors have been outstanding. I’ve used Winston solicitors for a few purchase of properties and one selling of a property and I cannot recommend them enough. “Ms Sidraa Razaq took our case from day one، we had direct access to our solicitor. She was guiding us on each and every step of the deal. It was very smooth and straightforward journey for us to buy our first house. There price was competitive and surprises or hidden costs. “I cannot recommend Sidraa enough for the efficient manner in which she allowed my house sale to complete. The sale was quite complicated, with three people in the chain and maintenance packs and lease holding shares to attain. She explained everything thoroughly and her knowledge and advice was first class!”

“Did my research, didn’t go for the cheapest but looked for best vfm. Was most impressed with solicitor Leasa Foster on first contact so decided to instruct. Glad I did, very thorough and conscientious, and quick to react. Chain free purchase completed in under 4 weeks. Even the vendor’s solicitor commented on Leasa’s efficiency, ably assisted by Julie Smith. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leasa, Julie and Winstons for conveyancing. 💯”

“Upon enquiry regarding our requirements we spoke to one of their solicitors who was able to quickly advise us over the phone of their approximate charges and give us a face to face appointment a few days later. Following that discussion, draft documents were emailed to us and a further face to face meeting arranged a few days later. All documents were first emailed then paper copies sent in a short time. Generally a quick, informal and helpful service. We would be happy to seek their advice in the future.”

“We have now used Leasa Foster for 2 house purchases and would NOT use anyone else! Our 2nd house purchase completed last week and was a difficult one (to say the least) but Leasa kept us informed and in my opinion went above and beyond her duties, protecting our best interests and assisting in any way she could. I like the portal offered by Winston Solicitors too, you can see what has been completed and what happens next, all online at your own convenience too which is really useful.”
