“My first attempt at buying a property (with another estate agent and solicitors) failed massively. I made a decision to swap solicitors to Winston’s when I found a new house to try purchase. Best decision I made. Leasa was on the ball with my purchase and pushed it through despite many delays and obstacles that were thrown out way. “We selected Winstons Solicitors for the conveyancing of a property and to make new wills. In both instances we received very good customer service and a friendly helpful approach. Regarding selling the house, we were extremely impressed with the speed that the conveyancing was completed in and with the timely and clear communications we had with Sidraa. “My wife and I recently had occasion to re-write our wills, which were very out of date. We chose Winstons primarily because they were very convenient for our home address. We found the practice extremely efficient and helpful, explaining the various options in straightforward terms easily understood by the layman. The process was very quick, with the drafts of the revised wills with us within 24 hours and the final documents a week later after a second visit to the practice. The practice also undertook some work for us with the Land Registry and again this was completed quickly and painlessly. We would strongly recommend the practice.”
