“Katrina Allen assisted us with the sale of our property and was fantastic! It is clear Katrina cares about each of her clients and you are definitely not just a case file to be progressed. She always available to talk through any queries you have about the transaction, however large or small. She was patient and pragmatic with the other side who raised many onerous queries which were not really appropriate to raise. Would definitely use Katrina again for any other property matters.”

“I needed to update my will and found the service I received from Winston Solicitors and, in particular from Wendy, very efficient and pleasant. I knew nothing about the company and chose them for their convenient location having looked at their website. However, I would recommend them highly on the service I received.”

“I have used Winston Solicitors and Katrina Allen on a number of occasions. I have used Katrina for my house sale and more recently to review a property lease. The service she has provided has been second to none. I would highly recommend Katrina. I am now using her colleagues for further work in other business matters. The firm have been highly efficient and extremely helpful. Most importantly for me, each person I have dealt with have also been available to help me outside of office hours.”

Katrina Allen and Team are high calibre and have the ability to cut through complexity and make things simple. Being a local firm means they are accessible with the ability to act agilely. Pricing structures are good value and transparent. I cannot recommend their services highly enough and am now contracting them for further work.”

“I have no hesitation in recommending Katrina Allen and the conveyancing team at Winston Solicitors LLP. It was easy to award the highest star rating because I was completely satisfied and impressed with the service I received. The quick and effecient way that Katrina and Sam dealt with my every query, whilst maintaining friendly and professional communication with me, meant that I was confident at every stage of what could have been a stressful process. Ultimately, they were successful in completing the work to a tight deadline and for that, I am really grateful. Thank you. T. Keefe”

“I have used Katrina Allen for property related transactions for a number of years now. Without exception, she has been highly efficient, professional and helpful at all times. I used a number of different Solicitors prior to finding Katrina and none of them come anywhere near the level of service that she provides. I would have no hesitation in recommending Katrina to anyone who is looking for an efficient sale or purchase of a property.”
