“I was delighted with the support offered by Winston Solicitors. My move was not straightforward, due to various legal issues arising, primarily due to the buyer's solicitors. There were points where the sale looked in danger of not completing, and the process dragged on for a long time. Throughout, Samantha and her team were very professional, upheld the highest standards, and remained positive. I always felt that they were in full control of a difficult situation and working to ensure that my needs were met. I initially went with Winston Solicitors as they were recommended by two separate estate agents, and would definitely agree with the praise they both independently provided of Samantha and the other staff.”

“My family felt we needed to get our affairs sorted after my Dad passed away so we went to see Monika who caringly guided us through what would be needed and right for us. Mine was a simple enough Will, but I also got a lot more understanding of the associated agreements I should have in place with my business partner, separately from the Will. As a bit of a scaredy cat with this sort of thing, I felt surprisingly ok about it. I'll put a large part of that down to Monika's non-stuffy and genuine approach. I feel I, and also my family are being looked after. Thank you for such excellent service and care towards our needs at a difficult time. It really took the stress out of things!”
