The mirror I ordered was incorrect for my vehicle (2 series BMW versus 2 series Grand Coupe BMW, so I asked David if I could send it back to swap or for a refund. He did not have the required pattern in stock at short notice, so he gave a full refund immediately without requiring the sent mirror to be returned. Such excellent customer service and communication, I have no hesitation in recommending this business and service to anyone. Thanks David, you're one of the good guys. Best. Gary Kristensen MBE

Bought a mirror for CDN $26.19, and they charged $12.99 for shipping; yet, DHL charged $21.63 for "customs clearance service fee", making the final cost well over $60. When I sent them a request for clarification, never even replied. They never disclosed such a huge cost that would change the final price. Had I known that, I would have never ordered from them. VERY BAD misrepresentation. Could have both 2 mirrors for less than $30 (delivered) from aliexpress.com.

Ordered got no confirmation email. Tried emailing and calling no answer. Paid for next day delivery appears to be a scam and now i have lost my money.

The website states that free postage returns labels are provided for returns (the mirror lens quality was hazy), but customer service stopped replying to my emails after I requested one. Ignoring customers in the hope that they will go away so they give up on returning an item isn't cool.

I am so sorry to hear your feedback however, our CS assistant clearly explained to You that the return is not necessary and your order will be refunded. We asked You to do not post the item back - so Why the return label should be sent ?
No order confirmation. Did receive the the item within a couple of days which is great, however they have sent the wrong one. Difficult to get any response as the chat function is always unavailable and the contact number only lets you leave a message that isn’t picked up.

Truly horrendous from start to finish. I paid for next day delivery because the website told me it was going to come next day. It didn't. Fast forward 10 days to when the mirror never arrived because it was "lost in the mail". I contacted the owner expecting a new mirror to be shipped out ASAP, but this never happened and I was told to wait for it to arrive, again, it didn't. After multiple emails back and forward a new mirror was shipped out, not at the same speed I needlessly paid £8 for, but 2nd class which took a further 5 days. So 15 days without a car due to the total incompetence of this company, I wasn't offered a refund of my postage or a full refund for the product. As for the product itself - paying £25 for a mirror, I didn't expect the greatest quality in the world, but the actual item is of dirt tier quality - it is extremely distorted and look absolutely awful at the extremities, it does not fit properly on to the mount and as such wobbles around when the car is running. I have on multiple occasions had to press the mirror back on to the mounts for fear of it falling off. In summary, an utterly terrible company and an utterly terrible product. I guess you get what you pay for. It was on my car for the sum of one week before I removed it and bought an official product. This isn't good for even a temporary measure.

I have tried to explain to You that this situation may affect the delivery time for every method. We received this info directly from RM and We felt obliged to inform our customers about it. The fact is that You have placed the order anyway - We feel it's really unfair to be blamed for it, especially We really did our best to make it finished asap! About the item - I have tried to ask You to help with replacing as It seems the wrong part has been ordered however, It was declined by Yourself! I would be more than happy if You kindly consider to let us help with the query as We aim to leave You satisfied with the service in the end - regardless of the inconvenience caused by a delivery services !

Sent a wing mirror inadequate packaging considering the product is made of GLASS?????? So mirror arrived smashed. Paul was apologetic and helpful, stating he would send a new mirror to arrive in 1-2 days. 2 weeks later when it STILL hadn’t arrived, I requested a refund. Whilst still claiming the replacement mirror had been sent, Paul happily agreed to send a refund. ANOTHER week on and I have still not received either a functioning wing mirror or refund. Completely disgusting - would never recommend this business to even the sorriest of people.

Very slight defect on the mirror & it is also quite distorted. But I suppose you get what you pay for. Fine for a short term temporary fix if needed.
