“The mirror I ordered was incorrect for my vehicle (2 series BMW versus 2 series Grand Coupe BMW, so I asked David if I could send it back to swap or for a refund. He did not have the required pattern in stock at short notice, so he gave a full refund immediately without requiring the sent mirror to be returned. Such excellent customer service and communication, I have no hesitation in recommending this business and service to anyone. Thanks David, you're one of the good guys. Best. Gary Kristensen MBE”
