“Replacement mirror did not aline correctly resulting in it touching the edge of the outer cover, also the glassed edges were not smooth or have a plastic edging strip as per the original, resulting in devaluing this product”

“Ordered replacement heated wing mirror (electrically folding/adjusting) for MB C-class 250 blutec sport(4-door saloon), 64-plate. Mirror was identical in shape and design but appears thinner glass and less robust in construction. It is a few millimetres shorter in width than the original. But this was a compatible brand and not an official MB product. It took a bit of force to fit, as I suspect the dimensions of the clips were not truly accurate. However, after some gentle persuasion, managed to fit it. From an outside casual view point and the diving position, the mirror looks fine. Only on close inspection do you see it's slightly smaller than the original. But considering the huge price difference between this mirror and an official Mercedes Benz one, I'm not grumbling! And no one really notices unless you point it out.”

“Happy with the selection on the website, they had what I needed. My issue is when I pay an extra £3 for it to be delivered in 24hours I don’t expect to be waiting 3 days for it so that was a disappointment but apart from that, products are good.”

“Wing mirror for a 2015 golf fit wasn't as positive as the original which was probably due to the position of the heating element connections being in a different place. Had to bend the connections to try and get the unit to fully clip in place.”

“It feels a little flimsy compared to the original mirror. I had to squeeze the connections with pliers to make sure the electrical connection was going to stay in place. Be careful doing this as it is too easy to overdo it. But for the price it does the job. As it is not winter I can’t test the heated bit yet.”
