“They keep moving the goal post, you ask how much can I deposit and when. As I’d reached my limit. 3 different dates I got. Then there is the fact the games keep resetting, so any bonus you mite have won is out the window. Tho I have never had a problem with withdrawal!!!”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS! After months of using William hill just for light fun on slots, I had an average amount of money in my account and I went to finally withdraw the money but said I didn't have a valid payment method. This wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't managed to DEPOSIT money from my bank card which meant I did have a valid payment method. I spoke to someone from William hill via online chat and subsequently told me I had a WITHDRAWAL LIMIT on my account! On what planet would some want to have a limit on what they can withdraw on a betting app?! They also said it was due to I set it up on a partnering company which was linked to them. The funny thing is i had never done gambling prior to William hill in any way shape or form and they refused to tell me which company or website this apparent withdrawal limit was placed on so I could resolve it and proceeded to close my account without any notice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“I signed up for a ten pound welcome bonus and they took 5 payments from me and suspended my account iv bern trying to get my money back but the customer service is the worst I have ever come across..its been weeks ..stay well clear if William hill they are the worst if the worst awful compant with heartless employers”

“Payout is shocking. I have been using virgin for casino games and slots. I deposited £25 two weeks ago and still have £19 in my account after nearly two weeks and that is me playing every day. I thought I would try williamhill.com. deposited £25 to use on the online slots. It lasted 6 mins. What a rip off. That needs looking into as their payout can't be online with the gambling standards. Account closed 10 mins after joining.”

“Open account with them today and got 20 eur casino bonus. I managed to make over 500 out of that and suddenly they closed my account. When I contacted them on live chat they said its because of my suspicious activity, but they didn't want explain what exactly . Probably because they didn't want pay my money as I didn't do any deposit yet.”

“RIGGED MACHINE...Played with €380... 1eu spin...had 2 scatters only paid less than 10euro each on big bass bonanza, then it will log you out while the spin is on and once u log on again they will take everything with machine lagging. As for Gold fish it has never happen no matter how low u can go. Never again there are better places out there to play games. This ones will be closed soon for ripping ppl off”

“Beware of staff especially the Liverpool county road office. I placed a bet the ticket didn't come out the machine they printed a new one. Had 2 winners a double paying £216.00. The following day I went to cash the machine said it had already been cashed out. Emailed William hill who investigated located me at the shop through images but 2 hrs later when the bet was fraudulently cashed no image of the person cashing it. Avoid obviously don't check their staff.”

“The location of William Hill in the Hyatt Incline Village never has attendants there and now they have moved 1 of the 2 only people that work this location to a location in Reno. This location has a kiosk that is always out of service. Many patrons including myself have closed our accounts with William Hill as well as filed complaints with Pascal, the G.M of Hyatt due to this location being the absolute worst sports book I and other locals an Hyatt guests have had to deal with. I truly hope we can get them out of here and get a real sportsbook.”
