Beware of staff especially the Liverpool county road office. I placed a bet the ticket didn't come out the machine they printed a new one. Had 2 winners a double paying £216.00. The following day I went to cash the machine said it had already been cashed out. Emailed William hill who investigated located me at the shop through images but 2 hrs later when the bet was fraudulently cashed no image of the person cashing it. Avoid obviously don't check their staff.
