The location of William Hill in the Hyatt Incline Village never has attendants there and now they have moved 1 of the 2 only people that work this location to a location in Reno. This location has a kiosk that is always out of service. Many patrons including myself have closed our accounts with William Hill as well as filed complaints with Pascal, the G.M of Hyatt due to this location being the absolute worst sports book I and other locals an Hyatt guests have had to deal with.
I truly hope we can get them out of here and get a real sportsbook.
