“WH is nothing but a dumpster fire. They will deduct money rather than add money to your balance when you win a bet. I recently won a ml bet and instead of paying me they subtracted the money from my balance. I reported and they investigated(so they say). They concluded they were correct. In short they are so incompetent that the can’t do simple math. I’ll leave you with this, if you think this is a good company than look no further than the Super Bowl debacle that happened not too long ago. Stay away from this dirty incompetent company!”

“it used to be a great site i won a lot until this month i was wondering why the bonus was not paying much and taking longer to come in then i realised its not william hill anymore 888 took it over so theres the answer i have now banned myself”

“As soon as theysee you are on the winning side for long they block you from playing promotions and free games. The worst thing is they do it legally. Anyway.… who is gonna take them to court just to be able to loose more money on their website? Nobody...”

“I have spent nearly a grand in the last couple of month nearly. I have put hundred on a game just to get a spin and pay back 6 pound. I believe it is fixed and when I speak to them online I am always getting told they are fair. After reading these comments I would like for William hill to face-up to conning people with their present return rates and explain themselves? I was curious has any one looking into this further to investigate what they are doing?”

“New machines in yhe shops are a disgrace forever freezing and having to be reset in the nantwich shop the machines keep freezing when on a bonus staff saying nothing they can do just reset and loose the bonus witnessed one player up to £95 win with still 9 freespins and he lost it all then I've just been in spent £150 on 50p a spin not one bonus on the fishing game eventually got it up hitting the £15 pick was spinning and already up to 12 pound which if only got the one 15 in minimum I would have won was £27 but vould have been much more when the door st the bottom of the m/c swung open wiping everything vowing up with a key board just shut the door the girl serving said nothing she could do you just like uour money nit good enough is it lots of times yhe new machines have stopped when on a bonus with no recompense available not going in again could be a blessing in fishuise I suppose their a rip off be warned”

“⚠️ DO NOT USE ⚠️ Absolutely shocking casino. By far the lowest paying site I’ve ever played on. They was just fined £19million so you can guarantee they will claw that back however they can. Pure greed, 💩 customer service, horrible layout and lowest percentage slots.”

“I'm confused what's going on with the bonus drop game. I play it almost every. Recently I've played every day. For the last 4 to 5weeks I have not won once. This is almost impossible. The game has 7slots 4prizes and 3 losing boxes. This means I am the odds on fav to win every day. The game must be broken as William Hill is not going to make it happen and 40 odds on favourites in a row getting beat just don't happen, so they need to look into it.”
