“Beers are great but last year I got them in a nice box”

“The beer is brilliant but parcel force are a shambles. I wasn’t in when delivered as they changed the day. They wanted £12 to redeliver on a Saturday, I begrudgingly offered to pay but they didn’t take the money so it wasn’t delivered. They then delivered from the same depot another package but not the beer. I spoke to a parcel force person who said they had two packages and would deliver them the next day. They delivered one, half the beer. It has now been nearly two weeks and I have half my beer. I have asked Wild beer to sort it but heard nothing yet. It does kind of put you off buy it again.”

“I haven't yet received my beer as the delivery driver attempted to deliver twice but didn't ring the doorbell when I was in the house! I'm sure the beer is great and my problem is out of your control, but maybe consider shipping with a company that has more flexible options for delivery.”
