Ordered a selection of beers but was disappointed that six of the cans had an expiry date of less than 4 weeks. This was not mentioned when ordering and I believe that this is very poor.

I absolutely love Everstone, I bought a £60 mixed case, I couldn't just fill the box with Everstone and the BBQ sause which is also lovely. I had to add sour beers, which I thought I'd give them ago. But I thought they were disgusting it was like drinking lemon juice, I had to pour them down the sink. The mixed case should allow you to pick what you want.

I love Wild beer. I can’t fault any of their beers. But I do wish they’d reply to my emails and website queries.

If I was rating just the beer itself it would be 5 stars as it really is a lovely product. However, it is expensive so I expect customer service which reflects the price, and that is not what I got. My delivery went back to the depot twice before it got to me on the 3rd attempt, and I emailed thewildbeerco both times with no response. In the end I had to email curious brewing (the company which has recently bought thewildbeerco) asking where my order was, and they dealt with it promptly and my beer was here within a day or two.

I regularly place orders from Wild Beer and they regularly make mistakes. My most recent order simply wasn’t dispatched. I emailed to ask why and within an hour the automated system sent me an email to say my order was being processed (the email I should have had a week before when they put it on the system.) Then, I received an email from them blaming Parcel Force and saying they would take it up with them. I believe this was a lie. I also included a note to ask for a change in my order (substitute one beer for a cheaper one.) It was completely ignored. The very first time this happened they apologised for the error and I was told they would put in a few extra cans. I was really pleased they were addressing it. They then did not send any extra cans. It seems that the problem has always been that they don’t actually process your order until you chase it up, and it seems they have no interest in addressing it. It saddens me, as I have been a fan of theirs for around ten years, but I’m actually fed up of my orders not arriving and having to buy other beers to make up the gap while I contact them and get them to actually post it a week later. (There are a few other issues I’ve had with quality but I have always put those down to how difficult the brewing and canning is and wouldn’t ever blame them for such things - they have also immediately replaced unsatisfactory cans when requested.)

The beer is brilliant but parcel force are a shambles. I wasn’t in when delivered as they changed the day. They wanted £12 to redeliver on a Saturday, I begrudgingly offered to pay but they didn’t take the money so it wasn’t delivered. They then delivered from the same depot another package but not the beer. I spoke to a parcel force person who said they had two packages and would deliver them the next day. They delivered one, half the beer. It has now been nearly two weeks and I have half my beer. I have asked Wild beer to sort it but heard nothing yet. It does kind of put you off buy it again.

Love the product and the beers I ordered are as expected. Very disappointed with the let down to shareholders/crowdfunders

I haven't yet received my beer as the delivery driver attempted to deliver twice but didn't ring the doorbell when I was in the house! I'm sure the beer is great and my problem is out of your control, but maybe consider shipping with a company that has more flexible options for delivery.
