I ordered pogo fruit ale. Passionfruit ale delivered. Told fruit ale no longer manufactured. So no replacement Looked on line. Only fruit ale on the site, no passionfruit and my delivery has only a few days left on best buy. All lies. These guys keep going bankrupt. I wonder why!

Beer itself was lovely, but had a very short best before date. I did email but didn’t get a response

It's been a week since my order and nothing has been sent or therefore received. I have chased and received no reply to my request. Terrible experience so far.

4 of the 12 beers received had less than 1 month left before the best before date. Pale Ales and IPA's should be drunk fresh, these were anything but. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have still not received my Beers after waiting nearly a month. Parcelforce are absolutely terrible and have completely disregarded all my attempts to make sure my delivery reaches me. Couldn’t deliver to post office (but never actually informed me of this) and continued to “attempt” delivery even when depot collection was arranged. Please change your courier they are the reason I will not order from you again despite being a lifelong fan. They have now said they are returning to sender. I am so so disappointed 😢

Really poor customer service which is a shame as you used to be a great brand. The goods I ordered pre-Xmas were never delivered and depite 3 calls and 4 emails you have never responded. Shame about the administration but you will loose trust in the brand if you keep taking money but not refunding when you cant fulfil. Disappointing i have had to revert to the Mastercard dispute service.

As a customer, there has been no mention of Wild Beer Co going into receivership in any of the communications that I have had from this company. The emails that I have received imply that the company is trading as normal, however that is not the picture that is painted in the press. This is quite confusing.

Only sent out 1 of my 3 boxes ordered, unfortunately just before a postal strike so still waiting a week later.

Paid for beers that never arrived. Tried phoning but no answer after 40 rings , tried emailing but have not received an answer . Now have to try to get a refund.
