My favourite at the moment is Damasco; a saison-style drink, exposed to apricots and deliciously dry.”

My delivery went back to the depot twice before it got to me on the 3rd attempt, and I emailed thewildbeerco both times with no response. “I regularly place orders from Wild Beer and they regularly make mistakes.
My most recent order simply wasn’t dispatched. I emailed to ask why and within an hour the automated system sent me an email to say my order was being processed (the email I should have had a week before when they put it on the system.)
Then, I received an email from them blaming Parcel Force and saying they would take it up with them. I believe this was a lie.
I also included a note to ask for a change in my order (substitute one beer for a cheaper one.) It was completely ignored.
The very first time this happened they apologised for the error and I was told they would put in a few extra cans. I was really pleased they were addressing it. They then did not send any extra cans.
It seems that the problem has always been that they don’t actually process your order until you chase it up, and it seems they have no interest in addressing it.
It saddens me, as I have been a fan of theirs for around ten years, but I’m actually fed up of my orders not arriving and having to buy other beers to make up the gap while I contact them and get them to actually post it a week later.
(There are a few other issues I’ve had with quality but I have always put those down to how difficult the brewing and canning is and wouldn’t ever blame them for such things - they have also immediately replaced unsatisfactory cans when requested.)”
