“This brewery stays true to craft only. They have beers that rival the best in Belgium for sours and saisons and some really fresh pale and hoppy beers that work so well with different foods. The yearly beer and cheese festival causes a car full of me and my friends to drive 200miles to get stuck in on the farm!”

I'm a HUGE sour fan and these guys cover that base better than anyone - and the range is outstanding. I've expanded into their other beer styles such as IPA and recently lager (love that Italian Pils...)
