“Had visited the store in Hillington Estate on the 22nd July; having waited approximately 15 minutes to speak to a store assistant (who initially ignored me and began speaking to a male customer who had "called her over," she did apologise.) I had shown her the piece of shower screen sealant required for 4, six foot doors for the shower we had purchased from Wholesale Domestic a few years ago. We proceeded to the depot for collection where we informed you don't supply 6ft sealant and what we had been sold was for the bottom of a shower screen that is flush with the edge of a bath. Despite selling shower doors with the sealant on your products, why don't you sell replacements? It also took 48hours for the money to be paid back into my account. Managed to purchase the sealants on Amazon.”

If it was a few years ago the product could possibly have changed how they are manufactured as well. Kind regards, WDB

“Customer Service?….dreadful. Won’t waste my time going into detail. Because let’s face it, it’s Customer Service. You’d think they’d know how greet/treat/update customers!…but you’ve got the cash by then. Would definitely NOT recommend them.”

“I was really impressed by the Lady who helped me out. Her name was Linda Doran and she was so sympathetic and understanding of my Husbands needs in toiletry ware. She was helpful and showed me the appropriate fixtures & Fittings that was needed (Although my head was in a mess to get a bathroom converted As soon as possible) Thank her so much she is a credit to your company x”

“Ordered bathroom in store, staff very helpful, the only downside to our transaction was that 1 item was out of stock and we had to collect from store despite paying for delivery for all parts. That said we had a slight problem with part of the delivery, this was resolved by the branch without fuss. All in all a good service”
