“The products are beautiful. We were just a little disappointed that when we contacted customer services as one of our products arrived broken and asked for a replacement, that we were unable to add an additional other picture to our delivery package to be sent out at the same time as the replacement. We were told that this was handled by a different team/service which seemed a bit odd and meant that Whistlefish lost out on us ordering another product as we didn't feel that the delivery charge for 1 item was really justified. We have now received the replacement picture of the one that had been broken originally. Thank you.”

“Love whistlefish and used them a lot over the years. This batch had several “dud” cards where there was 2 duplicates stuck together and the less damaged one wasn’t folded correctly so couldn’t be used at all. Such a shame as normally they’re wonderful.”
