Unfortunately Royal Mail delivered my parcel to my empty refuse bin that had standing water in, despite telling the post lady through my door cam not to & put in the other bin. When I arrived home from work & removed it, most of the order had water damage. I contacted Whistlefish straight away & they were great, I had a replacement package a couple of days later. Excellent communication throughout the process & customer service were brilliant. Couldn’t ask for better!”
