“Have shopped many times with them and the cards are beautiful. This time i.ordered 3 lots of cards , wrapping paper and gift tags . When the parcel came there were no gift tags. I emailed them and was told theyd ran out of gift tags. I asked why they didnt replace them and was told theyd give me 200 points instead. I emailed back and said id rather a replacement or refund but havent heard back yet 3 weeks later.”
