“I first came upon a shop in St Ives whilst on holiday a few years ago and spent a considerable amount of time (according to my husband) enjoying myself choosing cards for family birthdays. I fell in love with Whistlefish greetings cards and now order a batch regularly. The quality is excellent with beautiful artwork. The variety of cards means I never fail to find a suitable one for any occasion and the recipients are always complimentary. Delivery is prompt and my order well packaged so the cards arrive in pristine condition. Thank you Whistlefish.”

“I’m clicking go to checkout it goes immediately through payment. After this happened I realised it was being sent to the wrong address. I immediately contacted yourselves, via email. The following morning you contacted me to say nothing can be done about the order. As it had already gone to that room this was less than 12 hours after the order was placed. Not at all impressed with your customer service. No remedy offered. Will not use your service again.”
