“I now order all my birthday and anniversary cards for family and friends from Whistlefish. The cards are excellent quality. The only problem I face is choosing from such a large collection! The delivery time is good and the cards always arrive well packed and in perfect condition.”

“Unfortunately not a great experience from head office. I called to ask if an item was in stocks in Newquay. They would not call the store or give me the number. Very argumentative member of staff. Assured me the item was available. Drove 30 mins to purchase said item. Arrived in store to find they do not have any in. Outstanding customer service from the lady in store. She resolved the problem very quickly. Item now collected and hanging in pride of please. 10 stars for the lady in branch”
