“I was so delighted with my order, used the offer of 10 for £12, such amazing value. The cards are excellent quality, so many designs to choose from. Will 100% be ordering more cards. The delivery was quick too.”

“I placed an order expecting a free tin. The free tin never arrived. I queried this and was told my order didn't have enough 'qualifying items'. I asked to be escalated to the complaints department. I submitted a complaint and they didn't even reply to my email.”

“I love the variety and quality of the cards. There was a small issue with my last order where 3 cards I had ordered were missing, and 3 different ones had been sent instead. I sent an email and my 3 missing cards were received within 2 days - no quibble, excellent service.”

“I am generally very happy with your products and services You have a good and interesting range and I love that they are made in Cornwall I contacted you recently regarding your anniversary tin which was included with orders (I had placed an order specifically to get the tin) and found you replied quickly and promptly which was good but the offer was misleading - I mentioned that I thought the tin came with each order”
