“I love this company . From ordering to arrival the process of buying anything is quick & easy .,Rarely if a wrong card has been included by mistake the problem is sorted immediately. In all the years I have ordered it’s only happened once … a 40 th. Birthday card arrived instead of 40 years marriage. Simple mistake given the design”

“Great cards and food value , used Whistlefish lots of times , just minor issue with trying to change a card immediately online as ordered wrong age but could not do this , so double check everything before ordering, also take stickers off cards immediately but one did tear a little . After 2 negatives all my other comments are positive as cards are delightful quality!”

“Usually purchase on line but whilst on holiday in Cornwall I visited your shops. VERY disappointed. Newquay - NOT one 'beer' card + only 1 design of wine cards- LOADS + LOADS of flowery female cards. MEN have birthdays as well !!!!!!!!!! but very poor choice. PADSTOW - Same disappointment. I do realise that shops cannot stock all your vast range but not impressed. Will await a FREE POSTAGE offer and order on line.”

“Order No. #WS2443748 I was so disappointed with your customer service. Also I have been waiting for a refund for over 14 days. I will be emailing your customer service to ask where my refund is. It may only be a small amount t to your company but it’s the principle that matters. You did not send all of my order which again was very disappointing, because it was part of a be present.”
