“I love that the cards are just that little bit different to what you can buy on the high street. There is a great range of designs, the website is easy to use and the cards and packing is plastic free. What's not to like?!”

“I placed an order on 29th June after a friend recommended your business and cards to me. I ordered a good amount of cards. However when my order arrived on 5th July I couldn't believe my eyes. The cards had been packaged in a makeshift box, with no inner packaging to protect the cards and with litte tape to seal it together. The packaging must of then at some stage in the delivery process come apart and then been retaped up. When I received the package it was half opened and several of the cards were damaged and the corners curled. I took photographs and decided to ring the customer helpline to report what had happened. There was no answer so I left a message. After not hearing anything back I followed up with another call a couple of days later, no answer so left another message... nothing. I have still not heard anything, apart from receiving this email asking for feedback today, on 24th July! The label on the cards said designed with love, but they most definitely weren't packaged or sent with love! I am bitterly dissapointed with the lack of response and I am sad that despite the cards being so lovely I'm not sure that I would order from you again. Order number 2509416.”
