“I have purchased cards, prints and bags from whistlefish many times in the past. Love all them. However I tend to buy my items in store as in the past when I’ve ordered online it simply takes too long for my orders to arrive. (Several times over two weeks before items arrive, and usually due to dispatch times rather than delivery)”

“I have emailed my issues to Alice and have cut and pasted them below…. …Thank you for your email but I’m so disappointed this item was missing from my original delivery and is now out of stock. As you will see from my original order I actually ordered 3 Union Jack tea towels to go with the 3 Union Jack notebooks. These were going to be birthday presents for friends but I can’t give them a tea towel on its own! I also don’t wish to add something else to the gift as it will all be out of context. Bearing in mind my previous order with you was also incorrect/incomplete I can’t fully express my disappointment. I really love the products but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Whistlefish in the future as the service has been too unreliable.”

“Absolutely love your range of cards & wrapping paper, the quality is first class. I love every purchase I've made. Could I ask that you either fold your wrapping paper differently so that it will fit in the lovely card box, so it doesn't get damaged, or make your boxes a little bit bigger.”

“Generally very good. On some cards the peel labels remove some of the front image annoyingly but I like the design, variety and quality of the cards so will continue to buy them. Prompt delivery of items , mostly well packed although one item did arrive damaged but was replaced.”
