“Love the Whistlefish cards and envelopes. Would like more cards without Happy Birthday on the front of the card. PLEASE PLEASE CAN WE HAVE MORE OPEN CARDS So w can use them for a variety of uses.”

“I placed an order expecting a free tin. The free tin never arrived. I queried this and was told my order didn't have enough 'qualifying items'. I asked to be escalated to the complaints department. I submitted a complaint and they didn't even reply to my email.”

“I love the variety and quality of the cards. There was a small issue with my last order where 3 cards I had ordered were missing, and 3 different ones had been sent instead. I sent an email and my 3 missing cards were received within 2 days - no quibble, excellent service.”
